Summer Holiday in Odessa

If you are going to mostly laze out at the seaside days on end and only embark on several trips to the centre of Odessa throughout the whole time, it would be wise to search for Odessa apartments for rent situated not far from the seaside. For example, care to consider the Langeron district as a potential dwelling place. This district appeared in the 19th century around the beautiful summer house belonging to Louis Alexandre Andrault comte de Langéron and even then was quite popular among the noblemen – the elite of those days. Nowadays, Langeron is also an extremely upmarket area, considering the wonderful beaches in the district: Langeron itself and the majestic Aquapolis. You can enter either of these beaches for free – and expect to pass the time to your uttermost pleasure! Count on WC, sun beds, cabanas, small shower cubicles with smooth water.

The Langeron apartments can be compact or huge, depending on your desire. The prices are not so high as one might think: for example a convenient one-room apartment in the Geft street, which runs through the Schevchenko park not far from the Langeron beach, will cost you no more than $50 per day, possibly less. Some of these apartments are great if you wanna camp in with friends as they offer 3 to 4 couches along with a spacious kitchen, a balcony and a couple of places in the parking lot – all this, we shall remind you, right by the sea! Enjoy!

If you happen to prefer hotels to private Odessa apartments, there are quite a few scattered all over the beach districts of this gorgeous city. One of them is situated right in the middle of Langeron. It is called Nemo – and it’s the only dolphin-adorned hotel in Europe! No kidding: the hotel’s building also includes a dolphinarium and a aquarium. It’s an excellent romantic place whose calamity never ceases to amaze the hotel’s guests.
